IRC Group was founded in 2002 by Dato Dr Kang Chin Seng Phd, a former USM lecturer, senior statesman and corporate advisor to Pensonic Holdings, and Michael Heah who holds an MBA degree from University of Portsmouth UK, was a former private college director and human resource consultant. Both combined their resources and knowledge to establish “Inter” brand name as a registered trademark in the global manpower industry.
Agensi Pekerjaan IRC Sdn Bhd (also known as APIRC) is the first penang maid agency who provides a good training centre for maids and has been established more than 10 years ago in the northern region of Malaysia. Our mission is “To Provide The Right Manpower Solutions” to all our valued customers.
